Unfortunately a booking is only confirmed once the paper work and payment have been made. As a club and a business we need to be able to ensure that we do not have the track sitting empty as it is how we keep the club going.

Zoran I have spoken to d-mag and all is cool, the action that you missed out on has no bearing on any of this.

Hi Big Daddy,

It would have been nice in the many phone calls & emails i made to Heather trying to complete paper work & payment to get a call back or even an email to close the deal, infact im still waiting on a return phone call or email to explain what has happened & why i was not told about another club being interested in the day, as you know i had 57 confirmed & payed for entries & did not has any problems paying the deposit but was waiting on Heather to get back to me to close the deal, like i was told many a time after speaking to the receptionist. after the wedding i will be following this up again but up until then i really dont have the time too as im busy with the wedding plans, work & refunding all the paid entires (that im now loosing money on for doing so many transfers) & making sure that the bucks day is all go (which Ace karts are happy to spend as much time as i need to make sure im happy with the day)

Anyways not trying to start anything here & will take it up when the time is right but thought i would tell it how it is.
